SECRETS OF THE SOUL - 13 AMONG THE CAVERNS

SECRETS OF THE SOUL - 13

Among the Caverns

I seek the secrets of the soul,
From within the crevices of the caves,
As Minotaur prowls within the labyrinth
Among the remains of discarded bones,
Amidst all the grovelling and the grime,
In the darkness, marking time,
While I search among the caverns,
For the ruins of discarded relationships,
Waiting for the resurrection, to rise again
From within the chillness of the grave,
To traverse the long and lonely road,

Whilst the ghost keeps me company.
