The
mist on the ground:
The
veil on her face,
Hides
many a mystery.
OF IDLI, SAMBHAR, AND CHUTNEYS “Arrey bhai,”I heard a voice calling out from behind me. I turned around wondering whether it was addressed...

Googled and learnt a lot about the Haiku form of Japanese Poetry..Excellent harmony of words and images..
Thank you for your comments. I have been writing poetry for a longtime now and I have found the Haiku form very challenging. I have tried to enhance the effect by adding visuals.
That is a really wonderful Haiku - and the picture you have posted looks like the one of the 'Veiled Rebecca' in the Salarjung Museum in Hyderabad. lovely lines and structure - the mist is a great thought - is she walking on the ground or floating along! Good Show Subbu!
